De verkiezingen voor de Tweede Kamer

In de Effectenbeurs te Amsterdam worden de stemmen geteld. SHOTS: – aanplakbiljetten voor div. politieke partijen in het straatbeeld; – mensen staan in lange rijen buiten de stembureau’s (oa Rijksmuseum Amsterdam?) en gaan naar binnen; – div. shots van allerlei mensen in stemhokjes overal in het land, oa mensen in klederdracht; – in de Effectenbeurs tellen lange rijen ambtenaren de stembiljetten handmatig en mbv telmachines; – uitslagen worden telefonisch, per telegram en per telex doorgegeven en buiten op de gevel van het gebouw aangeplakt; grote publieke belangstelling op straat. Rijksmuseum Amsterdam?) and enter; – several shots of all kinds of people in voting booths all over the country, a.o. people in traditional attire; – in the Effectenbeurs long rows of civil servants count the votes by hand and with counting machines; – results are passed on by telephone, by telegram and by telex and put up on the outside wall of the building; a large crowd has gathered on the street.
